“In August 2002, less than a month after starting with Keystone, I suffered a massive heart attack that kept me out of the office for several weeks. The position was kept open for me until I was able to return. It doesn't get any better than that—you are treated like family.”
Joe Kelly, Rates & Special Projects, Keystone Logistics.

The Keystone Logistics Team

Kenneth Cubberley, President
With an unstoppable entrepreneurial spirit, Kenneth Cubberley has successfully built two logistics companies—SDS (a division of Groejean Transportation) and Keystone Logistics. Ken began his career as a Project Engineer at Hughes Aircraft Missile Defense Systems. He then purchased and operated fuel and chemical trucks serving the southwestern United States. He soon became involved in the refrigerated transportation business as Vice President of Columbine Carriers (a medium-sized refrigerated carrier) and is currently president of Keystone Logistics. Ken majored in engineering and business at the University of Arizona.

Keith Stillson, Executive Vice President
Keith Stillson began his career in the transportation industry more than twenty-four years ago processing driver logs. After graduating with a computer science degree in 1996, Keith became a full-time agent. In 1999 he joined the Keystone Logistics team, focusing his efforts on the administrative aspects of the company. Over the last ten years, Keith has developed and supervised a full administrative team and now holds the position of executive vice president.

Joe Kelly, Rates and Special Projects
With more than twenty-nine years of transportation experience, Joe Kelly lends his expertise to Keystone Logistics' pricing and special project efforts. Joe began his career as a log clerk—he did it all, including auditing driver paper work, dispatching fleets of trucks, engaging in customer service, and scheduling loads and reloads. He progressed into brokering loads to contract carriers, which enabled him to develop his pricing skills and a deep understanding of the dynamics of supply and demand. Joe and Ken Cubberley, president of Keystone Logistics, have had an ongoing business relationship for more than thirty-two years.

Todd McNeely, Recruiting
From 1986 to 1990, Todd McNeely served his country as an engineer in the U.S. Army. During this time, Todd trained in vertical and horizontal construction, cross-trained as a combat engineer in demolitions, and trained South Korean soldiers in the operation of American equipment. Upon release from the military, he quickly found his niche in the transportation industry as an owner operator and then operator and operations manager for LTL Trucking Company. In this management role, Todd was responsible for all aspects of operations, including routing daily runs, scheduling maintenance and service for eight terminals, and approving supplier and payroll payments. Todd joined Keystone Logistics as a broker in 2005 and quickly moved into a dispatch position. He currently leads the company's customer, agent, owner operator, and fleet owner recruiting efforts.
