The components of the program are outlined below and can be lucrative for individuals willing to devote the time and energy required to create and maintain business relationships while earning passive income.
Recruiting/Referral
- Owner Operator
- Flat fee$250 after 3 months, $250 after 6 months
- Agent
- 1% of agent's revenue during the 1st year
- ½% of agent's revenue during the 2nd year
- ¼% of agent's revenue during the 3rd year
Note: An excellent way to build passive income.
- Sales Agency
- Commission sales, which ranges from 1-5% depending on the individual's involvement
Note: Most lucrative with a solid existing customer base.
- Brokerage Agency
- Percentage of marketing for full service agents providing revenue and equipment
Note: Most lucrative with a solid existing customer base.
- Fleet/Terminal Operation
- Commissions are based on the percentage of revenue, which is dependent on the percentage of truck pay
- For example, total commission and truck pay equals 85% of total revenue (truck pay equals 78% and commission equals 7%)
- Agent leases its owner operators to Keystone and then operates the trucks on his own board and is fully responsible for the movement of these trucks
