1. Recruiting:
Owner operators,
This can be a done in a couple of ways 1% based on earned revenue Max $500.00 per truck or Flat fee $250 after 3 months, $250.00 after 6 months
2. Agents:
1% of agent’s revenue for 1st year
½% of agent’s revenue for 2nd year
¼% of agent’s revenue for 3rd year
The above is a great way to build passive income.
3. Sales Agency:
Commission Sales
Commissions range from 1-5% depending on the individual’s involvement
4. Brokerage Agency:
Full service agent providing revenue and equipment
Agent shares in the Margins
Item 3 and 4 are most Lucrative with good customer base.
5. Fleet / Terminal operation
Agent Leases in owner operators into Keystone and operates the trucks on his own board, (Fully responsible for the movement of these trucks).
Commissions are based on a % of revenue dependent on % of truck pay
Example: Total Commission and truck pay equals 85% of total revenue
Truck Pay = 78%
Commission = 7%
This is an excellent opportunity for those who have a good owner operator following and a customer base that can be developed.
6. Combinations of all the above.
Any one of these programs can be very lucrative if time and energy is devoted to building and maintaining the business.
